Skyfall

Set in Prinsted Harbour, this recently completed ‘Arts and Crafts’ inspired house is modelled on homes with a traditional style incorporating unique design features to reflect the individuality of houses in the area, with particular regard to the nearby Conservation Area.

Skyfall has been designed with a high quality palette of individual materials incorporating examples from local the vernacular such as tile-hanging, lime render, feature brickwork and natural timber cladding. Internally the house benefits from open plan living that orbits around a stunning central staircase complete with a handcrafted balustrade and handrail. Enclosed breakout spaces, including a beautifully crafted oak frame sky lounge at roof level, create a flexible family home in a fantastic waterside setting.

Externally the landscaping delivers the home into its surroundings using defined paving, planters, and clever use of external lighting.
