Creek House looks to create an impact from the moment you enter the property by framing an immediate through-view to the creek lying at the end of the garden. Functional secondary spaces are housed to the front of the dwelling whilst the rear is dedicated to open plan living with an indoor-outdoor feel.

Double height spaces are carefully positioned throughout the property, with the open plan kitchen and dining space feeling particularly expansive due to the high-level glazing that floods the room with natural light. The interior has been well considered throughout to create unique spaces that maximise the full potential of the site. A first floor snug looks down onto the kitchen in the form of an enclosed mezzanine, offering a visual link to the kitchen and garden beyond whilst creating a sense of privacy to keep the spaces separated.
