Warblington Road

Our concept for a new-build house near the water’s edge in Emsworth was for it to have a striking external façade with dark cladding and overhanging eaves, contrasted with a light internal finish.

The upside down house was designed with the living areas on the first floor to provide spaces with spectacular views over the Solent and bedrooms to the ground floor with direct access to the garden.

The new build has been finished to a high standard, including a bespoke kitchen design. This features a micro cement worktop and built-in sink in the island, with Ted Todd chevron engineered wood flooring running up the inside. We also designed a statement staircase in the matching micro cement finish with oak timber alternate risers.
