Havant Road

After satisfying its initial use, we were approached by the owners of Havant Road to modernise and extend the existing property to create a comfortable, yet flexible, home that meets the needs of modern family life.

The project's design references the importance of natural light in a family home, combining crittall-style doors and strategically positioned skylights to create a light-filled extension that feels connected to the garden at all times of the year. Bespoke elements, such as the sleek kitchen design, are curated to create a sense of warmth throughout. Brass hardware, natural stone worktops and timber detailing all contribute to a refined yet simple interior. The dwelling's spatial layout was adapted to provide flexibility, with the open plan kitchen being well suited to entertaining whilst more intimate rooms, such as the snug, provide separate breakaway spaces.
