Lordington - Chichester

The existing house at Lordington had recently been constructed when Helyer Davies Architects was asked to extend it in a sympathetic style. The architectural response was to design a Greenoak Garden Room that used a vernacular style of architecture. Helyer Davies Architects obtained planning permission in this sensitive area for the Garden Room and also prepared the detailed sub-contractors drawings for the oak frame itself.
